Talent 2030

In October 2008, The Central Texas Economic Corridor (CTEC) and Workforce Solutions partnered with Next Generation Consulting (NGC) on a regional initiative to retain and attract the next generation workforce. The research included a survey of over 800 residents and non-residents, in-depth interviews with 10 residents and non-residents, and numerous interviews and listening sessions with young professionals and other key stakeholders to define the region’s assets, challenges, and opportunities.
