Michelle "Mimi" Flores is the Vice President of Chamber Services for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, where she champions business development, community engagement, and strategic growth initiatives in Central Texas. A proud Central Texas native, Michelle is a product of Killeen ISD, Central Texas College, and a graduate of Texas A&M University–Central Texas.

With over 15 years of experience in broadcast media, Michelle made history as the first female General Manager of KNCT 91.3. Her expertise in marketing, broadcast production, and public relations has positioned her as a leader in fostering collaboration and innovation within the region.

Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle is a devoted wife to a veteran-turned-brewer at Southern Roots Brewing Co. and a proud mother of two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, experiencing live music, and discovering new ways to connect with her community.
